管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士已於二○二二年秋季學期起停辦。本校於二○二七年十二月前仍繼續頒授管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士學位。

The programmes of Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Bachelor of Business Administration with Honours in Management have been phased out with effect from 2022 Autumn term. The last conferment of these programmes will be December 2027.

Notes on replacement courses and phased out courses

下列的科目已停辦。成功修畢該等科目的學生可根據有關課程規例，將從該等科目所得的學分計算入管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士課程的所需學分內，及會視同已修畢相應的取代科目(如有)。

The following phased out courses are no longer available. Students who have successfully completed any of these courses can have the credits awarded for the phased out course(s) counted towards the BBAMGT/BBAHMGT programmes, and are deemed to have completed corresponding replacement course(s), if any, subject to the requirements of relevant regulations.

Notes:

1.	已修畢 ACT B300 的學生，會視同已修畢 ACT B313 (5學分)，而ACT B405 則不適用於管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士課程。 Students who have successfully completed ACT B300 are deemed to have completed ACT B313 (5 credits), while ACT B405 is not applicable for the BBAMGT/BBAHMGT programme.

2.	已修畢 ACT B323X/ACT B323 的學生，會視同已修畢 LAW B262 (5學分)，而LAW B333 ，ACT B414及ACT B415則不適用於管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士課程。 Students who have successfully completed ACT B323X/ACT B323 are deemed to have completed LAW B262 (5 credits), while LAW B333, ACT B414 and ACT B415 are not applicable for the BBAMGT/BBAHMGT programme.

3.	已修畢 ACT B367X/ACT B367 的學生，會視同已修畢 FIN B280 (5學分) ，ACT B313 (5學分) 及FIN B386 (5學分) ，而ACT B405則不適用於管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士課程。 Students who have successfully completed ACT B367X/ACT B367 are deemed to have completed FIN B280 (5 credits), ACT B313 (5 credits) and FIN B386 (5 credits), while ACT B405 is not applicable for the BBAMGT/BBAHMGT programme.

4.	已修畢 ACT B431X/ACT B431 的學生，會視同已修畢 BUS B368 (5學分)，而ACT B304 ，ACT B416及ACT B417則不適用於管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士課程。 Students who have successfully completed ACT B431X/ACT B431 are deemed to have completed BUS B368 (5 credits), while ACT B304, ACT B416 and ACT B417 are not applicable for the BBAMGT/BBAHMGT programme.

5.	已修畢 LAW B260 的學生，會視同已修畢 LAW B262 (5學分)，而LAW B263 則不適用於管理學工商管理學士及管理學榮譽工商管理學士課程。 Students who have successfully completed LAW B260 are deemed to have completed LAW B262 (5 credits), while LAW B263 is not applicable for the BBAMGT/BBAHMGT programme.

6.	科目編號修改。 Change of course code.

7.	由2022年春季學期開始，學生必須修讀MGT B398，取代MGT B399，以符合管理學工商管理學士/管理學榮譽工商管理學士的課程要求。學生需注意，MGT B398不能用以豁免任何專業會計或企業管治相關的專業試考卷。學生必須取得學院批准才可申請報讀MGT B399。成功修畢MGT B399的學生，會視同修畢MGT B398。 With effect from 2022 Spring Term, students are required to take MGT B398 instead of MGT B399 to fulfill the programme requirement of BBAMGT/BBAHMGT. Student should note that MGT B398 CANNOT be used to claim exemption from any professional accounting/corporate governance examination papers. School’s prior approval is required if students would like to enroll course MGT B399. Students who have previously completed MGT B399 are deemed to have completed the requirements for MGT B398.
